These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Popsicle platform and services provided by Popsicle Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using Popsicle, you confirm that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Popsicle is a revenue intelligence platform that analyzes conversation signals across your sales channels to detect deal risk and trigger automated actions. The platform connects to authorized communication channels, extracts revenue-relevant signals, and provides actionable intelligence to your team.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all data you provide to or generate through the platform. By using Popsicle, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not claim ownership of your conversation data, CRM records, or business information.
By connecting communication channels (email, Slack, WhatsApp, CRM, etc.) to Popsicle, you represent that you have the necessary authorization and consent to allow our platform to process signals from those channels. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with your organization's policies and applicable privacy regulations.
The Popsicle platform, including its algorithms, models, interface design, documentation, and brand assets, is the intellectual property of Popsicle Labs. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the platform as intended.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or modifications to the platform. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime when possible.
Popsicle provides revenue intelligence and recommendations based on conversation signal analysis. These are informational and do not constitute business, financial, or legal advice. We are not liable for business decisions made based on platform outputs. Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Popsicle Labs harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia.
